The Eleva Broiler Fest 2026 is here! The pie and ice cream social will once again be hosted by the women’s group at the village hall. Please consider coming to help make this year’s social another success.
Tuesday, May 26, 10:00: We will begin at the church to load all the necessary supplies. Travel to the village hall to
unload and set up for the pie social during the Broiler Fest.
Thursday, May 28, 8:30: Pie baking day at the church. Such a fun day filled with flour flying and the aroma of pies
baking. Please invite your neighbors and friends and join in!
Friday, May 29 through Sunday, May 31st: The pie stand is open for business! We need people to cut and serve pie, serve ice cream and make root beer floats. Please sign up to work a shift or two. Sign-up sheets are by the bulletin board or you can call the church office (715-287-4231) to put your name on the schedule. It would be wonderful if we didn’t have to call to recruit workers.....PLEASE SIGN UP.
Monday, June 1, 10:00: We will begin at the village hall to load all the supplies to bring back to the church. Travel to the church to unload and put supplies away for another year.
Donate a pie: In addition to the pies that are baked at the church, we would like to ask each family to help by furnishing a pie to sell at the pie stand. These can be delivered to the village hall anytime during the weekend.
